Fun film and interesting remake. - 4.5 out of 5 (11/15/2004)
The transfer and sound are excellent and are what you expect from all DVDs today. What is especially interesting is the director's commentary by Frank Oz. You quickly learn how he edited and changed things in the "interest of the audience" and you quickly realize that Frank's assumptions as to what the audience wants has warped itself over the years and as he truly believes he knows what the audience wants is really, just the opposite!
